EARLY BOOKING
To ensure your favourite time and day, bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are complimentary. They can be pre-booked as an appointment or carried out by telephone to determine the best treatment for your individual needs.
ARRIVAL TIME
To ensure you receive your full treatment benefits, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, you can always relax and enjoy a drink in the salon reception. Due to our strict booking system, in the event that you may turn up late for your treatment, we may only be able to offer the remaining treatment time, but will still charge the full price of the treatments.
PAYMENT POLICY
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Gift vouchers and pre-payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation/rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice, Alanya Beauty has the right to charge clients the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus any reservation fee/deposit paid online). Clients who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee/deposit. Failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge.
CHILDREN
Written/signed consent from a parent/guardian is required for treatments to anyone under the age of 16years old. The parent/guardian must also be present throughout the treatment.
CLIENT CARE
You must inform us if you are pregnant, on medication or have any other pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment at the time of booking. We may require consent from your GP in order to carry out certain treatments.
DATA PROTECTION
All client details are kept secure and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
SALON AMBIENCE
As a courtesy to other clients in the salon, and to enable you to fully relax, we ask that you switch your mobile phone off or place them on silent.

PRICES
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Our prices are current as of November 2018. We reserve the right to change our prices as required, without notice.
LOYALTY CARD
We operate a loyalty card sheme by way of thanking you for being such a loyal client! Your loyalty card will be stamped each time you visit Alanya Beauty (payment must have been made for at least one full priced treatment), and you will receive 20% off on your sixth and twelth treatment. Your Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of each treatment to be stamped. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
